At ACE Community House, we not only improve Maternal Health outcomes, we transform lives through Advocating, Connection, and Empowerment. Utilizing evidence-based, trauma-informed care, we address Social Drivers Of Health and create opportunity for family safety, stabilization, and success.

 Concrete Roses Stabilization Academy is a trauma-informed cohort that supports young parents ages 13-26 impacted by trafficking, abuse, and instability through workforce development, life skills, and parenting support. Participants receive care coordination and empowerment sessions helping families gain access to resources that will build stability and independence.  

Operation Braveheart
